PurelyClap is designed to standardize the highly fragmented home services market in Bangalore. The platform provides an on-demand booking experience for premium cleaning, pest control, and sanitization services. We prioritized trust and safety as the core pillars of the user experience. To achieve this, we built a rigorous 'Partner App' that includes deep background verification and real-time GPS tracking of service professionals. When a booking is made, the system uses a custom location-based algorithm to assign the closest available verified professional, ensuring punctuality and efficiency. We implemented a transparent, fixed-pricing engine that eliminates the need for negotiation, vastly improving user trust. The customer application features a seamless payment flow and an automated warranty tracking system for every service provided. Since its inception, PurelyClap has achieved a remarkable 70% customer retention rate by focusing on service quality and a friction-free booking journey.
