This policy describes how cancellations, refunds, and project changes are handled for services provided by BridgeOne Technologies. Where a written proposal or contract specifies different terms, those terms prevail.
Many projects are billed in milestones (for example deposit, design, development, launch). Amounts invoiced and paid for work that has already been completed are generally non-refundable, because they compensate for time and resources already applied.
We may suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, abuse, or material breach of contract. If we terminate for convenience (rare), we will refund any prepaid fees for deliverables not yet performed, unless your agreement states otherwise.
Scope changes may affect timeline and cost. Additional work is quoted separately. Pausing a project does not automatically void amounts due for completed milestones.
If you have a concern about billing or delivery, please contact us promptly. We aim to resolve issues fairly in line with your contract and applicable law.
